To effect this decision, MainLand Express needed scalable portal solution that provides “right information to right decision makers” of customers.¬† A simple information dissemination website is not sufficient to generate leads to the company.

The Highlight of the portal is to provide an online calculator that gives a ball park idea to new customers who were mulling over various options in last mile transport or any of the service offerings of MainLand Express.  This gave a competitive advantage to the company to generate enquiry leads on basis of Website contact forms about the rates based on custom requirement of customers.
